Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Contact information: email address, Telegram username, and other details you provide for onboarding or support.
• Subscription information: plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, billing country, and limited payment metadata supplied by Stripe. We do not receive your full card number.
• Newsletter information: subscription status and engagement data processed through beehiiv.
• Usage and technical information: hosting/CDN logs such as requests, approximate location, device/browser information, and security events. The current Antesigna front end does not set its own analytics cookie.
• Communications: messages and support requests you send us.

How we use information

We use information to provide and activate access, process and reconcile subscriptions, send requested alerts or newsletters, respond to support, secure and operate the Service, prevent abuse, understand service performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

We share information only as needed with providers that help operate the Service, including Stripe for billing, Telegram for message delivery, beehiiv for email subscriptions, and hosting/CDN providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies and third-party technology

Stripe, Telegram, beehiiv, and hosting providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technology for checkout, embedded forms, fraud prevention, security, and their own service operation. Blocking those technologies can affect checkout or signup flows.

Public market data

Antesigna processes publicly visible blockchain and venue data to produce aggregate measurements. The public site does not publish the tracked wallet list or exact per-wallet position/equity pairs. A market row is published only when at least three tracked traders hold that market; thinner markets are combined into a coarsely rounded, symbol-free aggregate. Per-side market totals and counts are not published, and position and equity distributions use separate fixed, broad buckets.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in each message, leave Telegram at any time, and cancel a paid plan through Stripe’s customer portal or the support route in your receipt. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. We may need to verify your request.

Children, international processing, and changes

The Service is not directed to children under 18. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. We may update this Policy as the Service changes; the date above shows the latest revision.
